Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: a) Ph.D. in the relevant subject (or) b) Master’s Degree in the relevant Subject c) Bachelor’s Degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average
- Essential qualifications: Experience for at least 3 years of respective teaching/research experience as evidenced from Fellowship / Associate ship / Training /other engagements. Published One research paper in science Citation index (SCI)/ NAAS rated ≥ 4.0 journals. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic sciences with 3 years Bachelors degree and 2 years Masters degree should have the NET qualification.
- Experience: At least 3 years of respective teaching/research experience
Salary/Stipend
- a) Rs.61,000/- + Applicable HRA* for Master’s Degree holders.
- b) Rs.67,000/- + Applicable HRA* for Ph.D. Degree holders.
- * HRA will be given as per the existing state Government rates applicable in various places / locations and subjected to change from time to time as per Government orders.

Selection Process

General Information/Instructions
- The individual will be engaged purely on temporary and contractual basis which will be terminated after completion of 11 months (or) filling of regular staff, whichever is earlier.
- The incumbent shall not have any claim (or) shall have any right to claim for any regular appointment in University / any government organization.
- The incumbent shall not have any claim (or) shall have any right for further continuation of contractual service.
- Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidature at the time of selection (or) termination even during the contractual engagement period.
- Contractual engagements can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.
- The engaged persons may also leave the contractual service on their own by giving one-month notice, otherwise to be paid one-month salary before leaving.
- The selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at their own expenses as per the rules for ensuring their physical fitness before appointment.
- No T.A & D.A will be given to the candidates appearing for interview.
- The decision of the selection committee for the above post will be final and binding in all respects.
- The Associate Dean has right to cancel or postpone the interviews for the said post, for the said date due to any unavoidable circumstances / reason thereof.
