Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Old Age Samman Allowance, the applicant must meet all the following conditions:
1. Marital Status
- Applicant must be a widow (not remarried).
2. Age Requirement
- Minimum age: 18 or 30 years (varies by state).
- Typically 30–60 years.
3. Income Limit
- Family annual income must be below ₹3,00,000.
- Applicant must belong to BPL / low-income category.
4. Resident
- Must be a resident of the concerned state.
