Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification
- Production Assistant: ITI – Fitter / Electrician
- Senior Production Assistant (Pharma): Diploma Pharmacy
- Officer QC: M.Sc. Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Micro Biology
- Accounts Officer: M.Com
- Experience
- Production Assistant: Minimum 5+ years of experience in production department of Condom / Oral Contraceptive Pills (OCP) / Sanitary Napkins / any other manufacturing plant or process industry.
- Senior Production Assistant (Pharma): Minimum 3+ years of experience in production department of pharmaceutical of any other similar industry.
- Officer QC: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Laboratory department of production and process industry.
- Accounts Officer: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts activities
Salary/ Stipend
- Production Assistant: Approximate Gross Salary Rs.17442/- per month
- Senior Production Assistant (Pharma): Approximate Gross Salary Rs.19380/- per month
- Officer QC: Approximate Gross Salary Rs.19380/- per month
- Accounts Officer: Approximate Gross Salary Rs.23256/- per month
- In addition to the salary, employees will be eligible for other benefits like PF, ESI, leave, medical insurance, bonus, etc. as applicable for FTC employees in the similar grade / scale from time to time.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- Maximum age limit is 40 Years.
- Age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India rules i.e. 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
- Experience and age relaxation and higher start in the pay may be considered in case of deserving candidates.

Selection Process

- Selected candidates will be initially posted at HLL LIFECARE- KANAGALA – 591 225, BELAGAVI, KARNATAKA, however their services are transferable.
- Reservation/Roster will be followed in accordance with the Government of India rules.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Candidates will have an option to answer/ reply in Hindi at the time of personal interview / skill test.
