Eligibility Criteria

• All required qualifications should be from recognized Indian Universities/Institutes/Boards approved by UGC/AICTE/Central or State board.
• Candidates must possess prescribed essential qualifications, valid mark-sheets, and degrees/diploma certificates.

• Assistant Manager (Dredger/Tugs):

  • Essential: (1) Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
  • (2) Post qualification experience of three years in maintenance of marine electrical installation or Should have worked as Chief Electrical Artificer in Indian Navy.
• Assistant Manager (Library):

Salary/Stipend

• The scale of pay is Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 (IDA pattern).
• In addition to Basic Pay, benefits like VDA on Industrial Pattern, Accommodation/HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, Gratuity, NPS, Group Insurance, Medical facilities for self & dependents, various kind of Leaves, Encashment of Earned Leaves, etc. are admissible as per DPA rules.

• Decision of the Deendayal Port Authority in all matters relating to eligibility, conduct of written examination, mode of examination, interview and process of recruitment including adopting appropriate Board approved selection criteria for shortlisting of candidates for examination and/or interview and selections thereupon, etc will be final and binding to all the candidates.
