Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: MBBS/ BDS or equivalent.
- Essential qualifications: All educational qualification certificates shall be from a recognized Board/University.
- Desirable: Additional experience such as PhD or MPH or other postgraduate-level courses, Research experience, Research publications, and an aptitude for biomedical research are desirable.
- Experience: Experience in the relevant field/area will be considered, and counted after the date of completion of Minimum Essential Qualification.
Salary/Stipend
- Remuneration: Rs. 67,000/- + HRA as admissible per month.
- Salary Unit: Per month.
Age Limit (as on 24-12-2025)
- Age limits and relaxations are as per ICMR rules.
- Relaxation of five years is available for SC, ST, and OBC categories.

Selection Process
- Applications will be received by email in a specific format (single PDF file). Applications in any other format or incomplete applications will be rejected.
- Potentially suitable candidates will be invited to appear in-person for a Written Test.
- Candidates who clear the Written Test will be required to appear for an Interview on the same day.
- Candidates must bring original documents and one attested photocopy of their application form and all documents for the written test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for the Written Test or Interview.
General Information/Instructions
- The positions are for an ICMR project at PGIMER, Chandigarh on a contractual basis.
- Working hours are 0900-1700 (Mon-Fri) and 0900-1400 (Sat).
- Leave is 1.5 days per month (without loss of pay).
- Candidates who applied for the recruitment process held on November 27, 2025 should not apply again.
